Jose Chameleone thrills Crowd in Congo at Amani Festival.

Jose Chameleone thrilled a crowd of over 40,000 revelers at the Mwanga College in Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo over the weekend during the Amani Festival.

singer Pallaso and Rwandese star Pius Deejay also they performed at the event.

“I cannot express the love I have for my people who have loved and supported me through the tides. Thanks Amani Festival for bridging me with my Congo family! Pallaso, Deejay Pius, I love you brothers and we must make the music gospel heard,” he posted on his social media page.


The ‘superstar’ singer who was the headline artist of the festival got the Congolese crowd screaming and dancing to his songs.

“Chameleone has been a darling to us all these years. Congolese people love him to the bone and it was solely our intention to give them their best artistes,” the event organizer said while at the presser.


The Amani Festival is a 3 days event of singing, dancing, celebrating and meeting new people, discovering other cultures.

It is a unique experience that features traditional dancers and performers from the surrounding regions Rwanda, Burundi, RDC among others.
